Let go of something old to make room for something new

How often do you tell yourself, “I have no time”?

If you only hang on to what is familiar to you or keep doing what is expected, this phrase becomes a recurring story in your life.

Adding things on top of what you currently have also poses a danger of you becoming overwhelmed.

So how does one create more capacity? One way is to figure out what no longer serves you and let it go:

✨ A habit of taking your screen to your bed
✨ Friends that constantly complain and drain your energy
✨ Material things you haven’t used for 6 months or more
✨ A job in a place where the values do not align with yours

Only when you do this can you make room for something new, only then will you develop and grow.
