Mini Mindful Walk

How do you practice joy? Our dear friend @kittykatrei loves to travel and take long, winding gentle walks.

Take a few minutes, as she transports us all the way to Brittany, France as she take us on a short forest walk. Notice the sounds of the birds, her footsteps crunching their way on the path and the different shades of green….enjoy a few minutes in Brittany….breathe….;)
