Five Finger Breathing Exercise

As kids, we were taught a simple finger breathing exercise that we somehow must’ve forgotten as adults, but is still very useful in our everyday lives.

Practise this technique whenever you’re in stressful situations or even when you just need a little mindfulness exercise to get you through the day. It’s also a great reminder for us to focus on the little things, as our fingers are always with us. 🖐

Always remember to take a breather, even just for a few minutes.
